Where do I find my tracking number?

It's in your shipping confirmation email. You can also open the order from <a href='en/account'>your account</a> to find it.

How long before tracking goes live?

Allow 2 to 5 days after shipping, time for the carrier to log the first scan. Before that, the order shows as prepared.

I don't have a tracking number, what do I do?

Use the “Order number” tab with your email address: we'll find your parcel automatically.

My tracking hasn't moved in several days, is that a problem?

No, that's common during international transit: the parcel keeps moving without an intermediate scan. Tracking picks up again once it reaches the next sorting center.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery date shows in tracking as soon as the parcel is picked up. If in doubt, message us via the <a href='en/pages/contact'>contact page</a>.
