Quels sont les délais de livraison ?

La livraison est gratuite partout en Europe. Hors Europe, un forfait de 3,99€ s'applique. Comptez en général 7 à 21 jours dans les deux cas.
Quelles tailles proposez-vous ? Vos articles sont-ils unisexes ?
Un guide des tailles détaillé est disponible sur chaque fiche produit : mesure-toi et compare au tableau avant de commander. La majorité de nos cosplays, vêtements et accessoires sont unisexes, taillés pour convenir aussi bien aux hommes qu'aux femmes.
Puis-je retourner un article ?
Tu disposes de 14 jours à compter de la réception pour retourner un article non porté, dans son emballage d'origine. Les frais de retour restent à ta charge.
De quelle qualité sont vos produits ?
Chaque pièce est sourcée puis contrôlée par nos soins : tissus testés, coutures et finitions vérifiées avant l'envoi. On sélectionne des matières confortables et résistantes, fidèles au rendu des personnages.
Comment suivre ma commande ?
Après ta commande, tu reçois un email de confirmation, puis un second email avec ton numéro de suivi dès l'expédition. Tu peux suivre ton colis depuis la page Suivi de commande.
Le produit est-il conforme aux photos ?
Oui, nos visuels sont réels. Un léger écart de teinte est possible selon le réglage de ton écran et la lumière, mais le produit reçu correspond à ce qui est présenté.
