Why choose the Choso cosplay costume?

Who is Choso?
Choso is the eldest of the Death Paintings (the Nine Phases wombs), hybrids born from the union of a human woman and cursed spirits. Originally an enemy of Yuji Itadori, he switches sides mid-battle in Shibuya when he realizes they share the same blood: they are half-brothers. His technique, Blood Manipulation, lets him turn his cursed energy into blood and weaponize it. As long as his energy holds out, blood loss won't kill him.
How to cosplay as Choso?

Material seems okay — fairly thin and feels like polyester, but it's expected for the price. Obviously, it's not the right colour for Choso, but it's close enough and I would assume it can be dyed to the right purple colour. I did size up and the top and pants are a little big on me (I'm a UK 14) but the belt is a little small for me. It's not too bad though as it is only velcro and can be adjusted when I do it up. The shirt has a zipper halfway up the back to the collar.

Choso uses Blood Manipulation, a technique inherited from the Kamo clan that lets him control his own blood, harden it and fire it at high speed. His most fearsome attack, Piercing Blood, cuts through almost any defence. Being half curse, he does not suffer the limits of a human body and can use his blood without risking anaemia, which makes him a dreaded opponent in Jujutsu Kaisen.
Why does Choso see Yuji Itadori as his brother?
Choso sees Yuji as a little brother because they share the same "parent": Kenjaku, the sorcerer who created the Death Paintings using Noritoshi Kamo's blood, before giving birth to Yuji much later. During their fight in Shibuya, an impossible memory strikes him: Yuji appears in his family recollections. Shaken, Choso switches sides and makes it his mission to protect Yuji, even if it means fighting the curses he once served.
Which size should I choose and how do I care for this costume?
Check the size chart on the product page and compare the measurements with a garment you already own: if you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. This Choso costume is available from XS to XXL. For care, wash it cold and inside out, by hand or on a delicate cycle, then let it air dry. Avoid the tumble dryer and iron at low temperature on the reverse side to preserve the colours and the patterns.
What material is this costume made of?
This costume is made of polyester, a light, durable fabric that stays comfortable for hours at a time. The black outfit and headband reproduce the character's silhouette as it appears in the anime. The seams are checked before shipping and the fabric resists creasing, a real advantage when you carry it to a convention. A cold wash inside out is then enough to keep it looking as it did on day one, outing after outing.
