Who is Guts in Berserk?
Guts is the Black Swordsman and main character of the manga Berserk by Kentaro Miura. A mercenary wielding the giant Dragon Slayer sword, he survives the Eclipse where his friend Griffith sacrifices the Band of the Hawk to become Femto, one of the God Hand. Marked by the Brand of Sacrifice that draws demons to him, he wanders with Casca to take revenge on Griffith. His Berserker armor amplifies his abilities at the cost of his sanity.
