Nel Cosplay Mask - Bleach

Nel's skull is the remnant of her Hollow mask, the mark every Arrancar keeps after removing their mask. The crack running through it dates back to Nnoitra's betrayal, when he struck her by surprise before throwing her out of Las Noches. That wound caused her amnesia and her regression into a child. The cracked skull alone tells the whole backstory of this Bleach character, which is why it matters so much in a cosplay.

Nel Tu is actually Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck, the former third Espada of Aizen's army. A formidable warrior opposed to needless violence, she was trapped by Nnoitra and Szayelaporro, who wounded her and cast her out of Las Noches. Reduced to an amnesiac child form, she wanders Hueco Mundo until she meets Ichigo, at whose side she occasionally recovers her adult form and her former power.

This mask sits on top of the head, like Nel's in Bleach, not over the face: it does not block vision or breathing. Its one-size fit suits most adults and it stays in place on hair as well as over a green wig. Lightweight, it can be worn without difficulty for several hours at a convention or through a whole photo session without becoming uncomfortable.

This mask is made of a rigid, lightweight moulded material that holds its shape without weighing on your head. The smooth surface reproduces Nel's cracked skull with its distinctive teeth and fissure. Care is simple: a wipe with a soft cloth, slightly damp if needed, is enough to clean it.
