Why is Hinata's number 10 special?
The 10 is the old number of the Small Giant, the barely 5'7" spiker who carried Karasuno to nationals and made Hinata want to play volleyball in the first place. Sugawara and Daichi tell him so the moment he receives his jersey, and the scene changes how he wears it.
