In short: Kisuke Urahara's hat is the green-and-white striped one he wears pulled down over his eyes in Bleach. Our replica is 19.99 euros, rated 5 out of 5. It is one of four cosplay hats in the catalogue, a range totalling 65 reviews, and the only accessory that is enough to get its character recognised on its own.

Why is Urahara's hat so recognisable?
Because it hides his eyes, and that is the whole character. Kisuke Urahara is the former captain turned candy shop owner, the one who knows everything and tells you half of it. The turned-down brim serves exactly that purpose: you never read his gaze, so you never know what he is planning.
Visually there is nothing else to remember: green and white stripes, wide-brimmed bucket shape, worn low. No other Bleach character wears the same one, which makes it an instantly identifiable accessory. That is also why people search for the hat alone, without the rest of the costume, more often than for the full cosplay.
What our replica is worth
The Kisuke Urahara hat is 19.99 euros, rated 5 out of 5. Only two reviews so far, and I would rather say it than let you assume a consensus: it is our most recent hat, with less track record than the others.
What is verifiable, on the other hand, is what the three other hats from the same supplier say, and they give a good idea of what arrives. The recurring phrase is "decent quality for the price", with a real disagreement about sizing that I cover below.

The four hats in the catalogue, compared
| Hat | Price | Reviews | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chopper | 19.99 € | 5/5 from 31 | The most reviewed, sizing fine |
| Luffy's straw hat | 19.99 € | 4.9/5 from 25 | Runs small, more child or small head |
| Law | 19.99 € | 5/5 from 7 | The series' brim detail is missing |
| Urahara | 19.99 € | 5/5 from 2 | The newest, little track record |
All at the same price, 65 reviews between them, and a rating that never drops below 4.9. The range is consistent, which simplifies the choice: it comes down to the character, not the quality.
The sizing question, and where reviews disagree
This is the one point that needs attention, and customers do not agree with each other, which is itself informative.
On Luffy's straw hat, Leonardo Neves, in Brazil, is categorical: "it is small, it is for a child, gorgeous all the same". On Chopper's, Misael Rice, in the UK, says exactly the opposite: "it's cute, the material is really nice and it's not too small as other reviews are saying, although people have different head sizes".
The honest reading of that disagreement: these hats are cut to a mid-range size with no adjustment, so they suit most adults but pinch on larger heads. If your head measures over 58 centimetres, expect it to be tight. Urahara's hat, with its soft wide brim, is the most forgiving of the four on that count.

The full Urahara cosplay, piece by piece
Three elements are enough, and only one is ours. The striped hat at 19.99 euros, a dark green haori over a dark kimono, and Japanese sandals. The haori and kimono are available as generics, and no exact replica is needed: the hat does the recognition.
Two details people in the know notice. Urahara wears his blond hair mid-length and slightly messy, so a generic blond wig does the job with no complicated styling. And he almost always holds a fan in front of his mouth, a few-euro prop that adds a lot in photos.
On the Bleach side, the catalogue runs deeper in jewellery than in costumes. The Ulquiorra necklace at 12.99 euros holds 4.7 out of 5 across 30 reviews, the Ichigo necklace 4.9 out of 5 across 28 reviews, and the Ichigo ring 4.7 out of 5 across 22 reviews. Those are the three best-rated Bleach items, and they can be worn daily without announcing anything.

Where Bleach stands, and why now is the moment
The anime is on its final stretch. Thousand-Year Blood War, the adaptation of the final arc of Tite Kubo's manga, concludes with the part titled The Calamity, airing since 25 July 2026, on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ internationally. Urahara is front and centre there, alongside Yoruichi Shihoin.
For cosplayers, that means demand for Bleach's supporting characters is climbing again, after years where only Ichigo was worn at conventions. We covered the broadcast schedule in our article on part 4.

A hat you can wear outside cosplay
That is the real argument for this accessory. A green-and-white striped bucket hat reads as a summer hat, not a costume piece. Bleach readers spot it immediately, everyone else sees nothing unusual, which is exactly the same principle as Zoro's earrings, covered in a dedicated article.
One caveat on use: the light fabric marks, and a soft wide-brimmed hat loses its shape if crushed in a bag. Carry it on your head rather than in your luggage.

On timing, the shop's usual rule: 7 to 21 days of delivery depending on destination. For a convention, order a month ahead.
Frequently asked questions about Urahara's hat
What does Urahara's hat look like?
A wide-brimmed bucket hat with green and white stripes, worn pulled down over the eyes. That turned-down brim is what makes the character: you never read his gaze, so you never know what he is planning. No other Bleach character wears the same one.
How much does the Urahara hat cost at Bakashop?
19.99 euros, rated 5 out of 5. An honest caveat: it only has two reviews so far, it is our most recent hat. The three others from the same supplier, at the same price, total 63 reviews with a rating that never drops below 4.9.
Do the cosplay hats run small?
Customers disagree, and that is telling. A Brazilian review finds Luffy's straw hat too small, a British one finds Chopper's perfectly sized. The honest reading: they are cut to a mid-range size with no adjustment, so they pinch above 58 centimetres of head circumference. Urahara's, with its soft brim, is the most forgiving.
What else do you need for an Urahara cosplay?
A dark green haori over a dark kimono, Japanese sandals, and a mid-length blond wig. None of that is ours, and none of it needs to be an exact replica: the hat does the recognition. The fan held in front of the mouth costs a few euros and adds a lot in photos.
What other cosplay hats do you stock?
Three others, all at 19.99 euros: Luffy's straw hat (4.9 out of 5 across 25 reviews), Chopper's (5 out of 5 across 31 reviews, the most reviewed of the range) and Law's (5 out of 5 across 7 reviews, whose brim detail from the series is missing, as one customer points out).
Where does the Bleach anime stand in 2026?
Thousand-Year Blood War, the adaptation of the final arc of Tite Kubo's manga, concludes with the part The Calamity, airing since 25 July 2026 on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ internationally. Urahara is front and centre there with Yoruichi Shihoin.
