Quick answer: the Muichiro Tokito costume costs 59.99 euros on its own, comes in kids sizes 120 to 150 cm and adult S to XXL. The wig sells for 29.99 euros, and the bundle of both comes to 69.99 euros in kids sizes, 74.99 euros in adult. The product page sits at 4.8/5 across 17 reviews.
Of the seven Demon Slayer costumes in the shop, Muichiro's is one of only two that exist in kids sizes, and the only one whose wig can be added to the cart in one click. The result: it is the first outfit we point families to for October 31. Here is what each option includes, which size to pick by age, and what the wig is really worth, with customer reviews to back it up.
What does the Muichiro costume include, and at what price?
At 59.99 euros, the costume includes the loose jacket with gold buttons, the matching trousers and the light belt: the Mist Hashira's outfit as it appears on screen. The sword and the wig are not included at that price. The wig alone costs 29.99 euros, and the bundle saves you the difference.
The three options on the product page, prices checked on 17 October:
| Option | Price | Available sizes |
|---|---|---|
| Wig alone | 29.99 € | same size menu, one price |
| Costume alone | 59.99 € | kids 120 to 150 cm, adult S to XXL |
| Wig and costume | 69.99 € kids, 74.99 € adult | same sizes |
Renzo, a customer from Argentina, lists what he received in his review: "the pants are elastic and are easy to put on, the shirt is good quality as well, the belt is simple and perfect". One small flaw flagged by another buyer, from Brazil: the buttonhole on the top collar button runs tight, and half a centimetre with scissors fixes it. That is the kind of detail we would rather tell you before you order than at customer service.

Which size should I pick for a child?
Measure the child and take the size just above: a child of 1.25 m will be better off in the 130 than in the 120. The four kids sizes run from 120 to 150 cm, roughly ages 6 to 12. When in doubt between two sizes, the bigger one always wins, a hem takes five minutes.
That advice comes straight from the reviews. Verónica, who ordered from Mexico for Halloween, writes: "the size is correct, but if you want it to fit a bit looser, order a size up; I got the 130, the 150 would have been even better". The jacket is cut loose by design, that is Muichiro's style, but the trousers run true to size. To compare with Obanai and Itachi, the other two kids outfits in the shop, we broke down every measurement in our guide to anime costumes in kids sizes.
And for a teen or an adult?
From S to XXL, take your usual size, and the size above if you are between two or like a roomy fit. A teen between 1.50 m and 1.60 m sits exactly at the crossover point: the kids 150 and the adult S both work.
The question comes up a lot, and a review answers it better than any chart. Ileana, a customer from Romania: "I ordered an S for my sister who's 13 years old and about 150 cm and it fits nicely; the quality of the material is actually really nice and doesn't stink". At the other end, Matheus, by his own words on the heavier side, found the trousers tight even in the largest size: if you are built broad, the XXL is the lower limit, not a comfort margin. Better to know that now than on the evening of October 30.
What does Muichiro's outfit look like in Demon Slayer?
Muichiro Tokito wears the dark Demon Slayer Corps uniform with no haori over it, which makes it one of the simplest outfits in the series: a jacket with gold buttons worn very loose, long sleeves falling over the hands, baggy trousers and a light belt. The recognition comes from the hair, very long, black fading to mint green at the tips.
That is what makes this cosplay easy to live in: no patterned haori sliding off your shoulders all evening, no make-up. The uniform sells the character the moment the wig is on, and Muichiro's white Nichirin blade can stay home on October 31 without anyone asking who you are. At a convention, a foam sword completes the look, as long as you check the event's prop rules first.

Is the Muichiro wig worth it?
Yes for a child or a Halloween party, with one honest caveat: three reviews out of seventeen find it thin. Maria, a customer from Brazil, puts it well: "the wig is quite thin, but nothing a bit of customising can't fix". For a convention where the hair will be photographed up close, careful styling or a denser wig is worth the effort.
The black-to-mint gradient is the genuinely hard part of this character: recreating it on a wig bought elsewhere quickly costs more than the fifteen euro gap of the bundle. Our position as a shop, no hedging: at 69.99 euros for the kids bundle, go for it; for a contest-level cosplay, keep the costume and put the difference into a long wig you dye yourself.
Why is Muichiro everywhere in 2026?
Because the Demon Slayer calendar keeps putting him back on screen. The Infinity Castle movie has been on Netflix since September 28, 2026, the game The Hinokami Chronicles 2 lands on Switch 2 on October 29, two days before Halloween, and the next part of the trilogy is expected in cinemas from 2027.
In the game, SEGA gave Muichiro his own character video, Mist Breathing on full display, and a Dual Ultimate attack with Mitsuri. We covered what the Switch 2 Edition contains in our article on the October 29 release.

And story-wise, the best is still to come: in Koyoharu Gotoge's manga, Muichiro faces Kokushibo, Upper Rank One, deep inside the Infinity Castle. That duel is not on screen yet, the first part of the movie stops before it. In other words, this costume still has the biggest Demon Slayer wave ahead of it.

Who is Muichiro Tokito, for those just getting into the series?
Muichiro Tokito is the Mist Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps: the youngest of them all at 14, he reached Hashira rank only two months after first picking up a sword. He wields Mist Breathing, invented its seventh form himself, and is a descendant of Kokushibo.
His defining moment on screen remains the Swordsmith Village arc, broadcast from April to June 2023, where he takes down Gyokko, Upper Rank Five, on his own. The 70-minute finale of June 18, 2023 was promoted as far as the Times Square screens, Anime News Network reported at the time. An absent-minded, amnesiac boy at first, lethal the moment the mist rises: the kind of character that sticks, even for people discovering the series on Netflix this year.

Ordering for October 31: the honest timeline
Allow up to 12 working days for delivery, longer depending on the country and the local carrier. Today is October 17: an order placed by the 20th plays the window to the limit, it can land just before the 31st or slip by a few days. After the 20th, be realistic: aim for November parties, winter conventions and the next part of the trilogy in 2027 rather than the 31st at any cost.
Shipping is free across the 53 European countries, with no minimum. If Muichiro does not win the vote at home, Obanai Iguro is the other Demon Slayer outfit cut for kids, from 110 cm, and the rest of the October 31 outfits live in the Halloween costumes collection. To compare at a glance the ten anime costumes people recognise fastest, our guide to anime costumes for October 31 covers them all.
