Quick answer: the Nezuko costume costs 29.99 euros and comes in adult sizes, M to XXXL. There is no kids size. At that price, what you get is the pink kimono jacket with the asanoha pattern shown in the listing photos: the brown haori, the wig and the bamboo muzzle are yours to add. The listing is rated 5/5 from 9 reviews.
Nezuko is one of the easiest anime costumes to get recognised on Halloween: pink, a bamboo muzzle, and everyone gets it. You still need to know what 29.99 euros actually buys, and how to finish the look without spending more than the costume itself. Here is the breakdown, the size to pick, a ten-minute bamboo muzzle and the makeup for her demon form.
What does the 29.99 euro Nezuko costume include?
For 29.99 euros you get the pink kimono jacket covered in the asanoha pattern, the geometric hemp leaves that define the character. It opens at the front, the wide sleeves stop short of the wrist, and you wear it over your own clothes. It is the light version of the cosplay, not the full anime outfit.
A customer in Mexico put it better than I could: it is "just what you need to go to the movie premiere comfortably without wearing the full cosplay". That is exactly the use. For a Halloween party, the pink jacket and the bamboo are enough; for a convention where you want the anime silhouette, here is what is missing and how to find it.
| Outfit piece | In the anime | Included at 29.99 euros | How to complete it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kimono | pink, asanoha pattern | yes, as a jacket | a light top and dark trousers underneath |
| Haori | long, brown | no | a long brown cardigan does the trick |
| Obi | checkered sash | no | a wide scarf tied at the waist |
| Ribbon | pink, on the side of the head | no | a ribbon from any craft shop |
| Hair | long, black, orange tips | no, we do not sell a Nezuko wig | your own hair down, or a long black wig |
| Bamboo | held at the mouth, tied behind the head | no | make it yourself, see below |

Which size, and is there a Nezuko costume for kids?
No, the Nezuko costume does not come in kids sizes: it starts at adult M and goes up to XXXL. It runs loose. A customer in Mexico says the M fits someone 1.55 m tall very well, "neither too short nor too long". Take your usual size; the jacket is worn open and forgives a lot.
Another customer, also in Mexico, expected small sizing: "but no, they are very roomy". For a child, I would rather tell you now than at customer service: pick one of the three costumes cut for kids, Muichiro, Obanai or Itachi. They are all compared in our guide to anime costumes in kids sizes. One last practical point: as of October 17, there are five pieces left in M and five in L, the larger sizes are better stocked.
How do you make Nezuko's bamboo muzzle?
With a cardboard tube or a piece of plastic pipe about the width of your face, pale green paint and a ribbon. Paint the tube, draw two darker rings for the bamboo nodes, make a hole at each end and thread a ribbon or elastic that ties behind your head. Allow ten minutes, drying included if the paint is thin.
A real piece of bamboo works too: garden canes cut easily, just sand the edges well. My comfort tip for a whole evening: do not hold it between your teeth like in the anime. Let it rest in front of your mouth, held by the elastic, and slide it under your chin to eat or drink. In the story, it is Giyu Tomioka who puts it on Nezuko at the very start of the series, to stop her from biting.

What does Nezuko wear in Demon Slayer?
In the anime, Nezuko Kamado wears a pink asanoha kimono, a long brown haori over it, a checkered obi and a pink ribbon on the side of her head. Her hair is very long and black, turning orange towards the tips. Her eyes are pink, and the bamboo muzzle stays with her for most of the series.
For Halloween, two elements do all the recognition work: the patterned pink and the bamboo. The rest is convention-level cosplay. That is why the 29.99 euro jacket is a good starting point: it carries the pattern, which is the hardest part to make yourself. Printing or painting asanoha onto pink fabric takes hours.
Demon Nezuko for Halloween: the makeup
If you want a Nezuko that is a little scary on October 31, do her demon form: thin veins running from the temples down the cheeks. A burgundy or dark brown eyeliner is enough, drawn in branching lines. Ten minutes in front of the mirror, and sweet Nezuko becomes the one from the Entertainment District arc.
For the pink, slit-pupil eyes, the same advice as for every cosplay: no coloured contact lenses bought on a whim for one night, go through an optician if you really want them. A touch of pink eyeshadow under the eye gives the idea with no risk at all.

Going as a pair: Nezuko and Tanjiro
The brother and sister duo costs 59.98 euros: the Nezuko costume and the Tanjiro costume, with its green and black checkered haori, are both 29.99 euros, in the same sizes from M to XXXL. Tanjiro's hanafuda earrings, 16.99 euros as clip-ons or for pierced ears, finish the character.
The detail that gets a laugh at parties: the wooden box Tanjiro carries on his back, where Nezuko travels by day to stay out of the sun. A cardboard box painted brown with two straps does the job, and Nezuko can pretend to climb out of it. In the game The Hinokami Chronicles 2, the two even share a combined final attack, shown in the video below.

Why Nezuko in 2026?
Because Demon Slayer is everywhere this autumn. The Infinity Castle movie has been on Netflix since September 28, 2026; we covered that release in our article on the movie's arrival on Netflix. And the game The Hinokami Chronicles 2 comes to Switch 2 on October 29, two days before Halloween.
Nezuko has already had her big turning point on screen: at the end of the Swordsmith Village arc, she withstands the sun, something no demon had managed before her. The smiling Nezuko from that period is the one in the image below, without her bamboo. For October 31, I would still keep it: without it, the costume reads more slowly.

Ordering for Halloween: the honest shipping times
Allow up to 12 working days for delivery, longer depending on the country and the local carrier. An order placed up to October 20 can arrive for the 31st, with no guarantee to the day. From October 20, it will no longer arrive for Halloween: aim for November parties and winter conventions, and make the bamboo while you wait.
Shipping is free to the 53 European countries and costs 3.99 euros elsewhere. Our other Halloween outfits are in the anime Halloween costumes collection, and our anime Halloween costume guide compares the costumes people recognise fastest.
