In short: BLEACH FES. takes place on Saturday February 27 and Sunday February 28, 2027 at Makuhari Messe near Tokyo, closing the Bleach anime after 22 years on air. 15 Japanese voice actors are announced, including the voices of Ichigo, Rukia and Aizen. Tickets cost 11,000 and 15,000 yen, with the first lottery open until October 31, 2026.
Why is the Bleach anime getting a farewell event?
Because this time it really ends. The Bleach anime, which premiered on October 5, 2004 on TV Tokyo, wraps up its adaptation of Tite Kubo's manga with the final episode of Thousand-Year Blood War: The Calamity, expected on October 26, 2026. BLEACH FES., announced on September 19 on the anime's website, is billed as the biggest premium event in the history of the series, held to mark that conclusion.
The numbers deserve a pause: 366 episodes aired between 2004 and 2012, then the 50 of Thousand-Year Blood War since 2022, 416 episodes in total. The event's website opens on a "To all Soul Reapers" that sets the tone. And the adaptation will go all the way to the end of the manga: on September 28, Weekly Shonen Jump issue 44 revealed the voices of Kazui Kurosaki (Azusa Tachibana) and Ichika Abarai (Ayaka Ohashi), the children from the epilogue, who debut in the last two episodes. For the dates of that final sprint, episode 49 on October 19 and episode 50 on the 26th, our Bleach TYBW final episodes schedule tracks it week by week.

When and where is BLEACH FES. held?
Saturday February 27 and Sunday February 28, 2027 at the Makuhari Event Hall of Makuhari Messe in Chiba, half an hour by train from Tokyo. Both days run on the same schedule: doors at 3 p.m., show at 4:30 p.m. Japan time. The event is produced by Sony Music Solutions together with the anime's production committee.
For readers planning to follow any news live, 4:30 p.m. in Tokyo is 2:30 a.m. in New York, 11:30 p.m. the previous evening in Los Angeles, and 7:30 a.m. in London. The venue is the same Makuhari Messe that hosts Jump Festa 2027 on December 19-20, 2026, where Bleach already has a Jump Studio program: two Chiba appointments for the series within ten weeks.

Who is announced on stage?
15 voice actors spread across the two days, with live dubbing (the "nama afureco" segment, the crowd favorite at this kind of Japanese event) and programs prepared for the occasion. Eight attend both days, four come only on Saturday, three only on Sunday.
| Attendance | Voice actors | Characters |
|---|---|---|
| Both days | Masakazu Morita, Fumiko Orikasa, Yuki Matsuoka, Hiroki Yasumoto, Noriaki Sugiyama, Shin-ichiro Miki, Ryotaro Okiayu, Sho Hayami | Ichigo, Rukia, Orihime, Chad, Uryu, Urahara, Byakuya, Aizen |
| Saturday 27 only | Fumihiko Tachiki, Koji Yusa, Daisuke Namikawa, Junichi Suwabe | Kenpachi, Gin, Ulquiorra, Grimmjow |
| Sunday 28 only | Hiroki Tochi, Yuichiro Umehara, Yuki Ono | Kugo Ginjo, Jugram Haschwalth, Bazz-B |
The split tells a story: Saturday gathers the antagonists of the Soul Society and Arrancar arcs, Sunday those of Fullbring and the Thousand-Year Blood War. If you hesitate between the two days, you are really choosing your era of Bleach. Sho Hayami, the voice of Sosuke Aizen since 2004, attends both days, fitting for the character who spans the whole series, whose path we retrace in our article on who Sosuke Aizen is. Shin-ichiro Miki voices Kisuke Urahara, whose green and white striped hat remains the most recognizable accessory of the series.

On the shop side, we see that attachment to the characters every day: the Ulquiorra necklace at 13.99 euros has 30 reviews at 4.7 out of 5, with Sophia from the UK writing simply: "Pendant detail is clear, easy to wear." The Quincy cross necklace at 13.99 euros, 28 reviews at 4.9 out of 5, has followed the same path since the final arc started airing.
How much are tickets and how does the lottery work?
Two tiers, all reserved seating: 11,000 yen for the standard reserved seat, 15,000 yen for the seat with goods, roughly 73 and 100 US dollars at early October 2026 rates. The goods bundle includes a limited-edition T-shirt marking the anime's conclusion, its embroidered patch, and a storage box with the event's visual, whose design will be shown later.
The first lottery, the "saisoku senko" advance round, has been open since September 19 and closes on Saturday October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Japan time, 10:59 a.m. Eastern. It is not first come, first served: every application filed before the deadline enters the same draw. Results come on November 6 at 1 p.m. Japan time, then payment is required before November 11 at 9 p.m., or the win is voided. Two tickets maximum per person per day, through the e+ (eplus) ticketing site or, for Elite members of Klub Outside, Tite Kubo's fan club, from their member page. The latter also receive an entry gift: a sticker of the "Blood Chain Ichigo" taken from one of Kubo's concept drawings, reserved for winners of this first phase.

Tickets carry the buyer's name and identity is checked at the entrance: the name printed on the ticket must match the ID presented, and a resold ticket is voided without refund. It is the same crackdown seen at most large Japanese events over the past two years, aimed at scalping.
Can you attend from outside Japan?
Yes, but nothing is set up to make it easy, and three traps await non-Japanese visitors. First, the fan club: the Klub Outside pre-lottery only covers Elite members in Japan, and the site states in plain words that "Klub Outside Global", the international tier, is not eligible. That leaves the general lottery on e+, in Japanese.
Second, the ID check: passports are on the list of accepted documents, but the site warns that a passport without a printed address, which is the case for most modern passports, is not enough on its own and must be paired with a second document. Third, no online broadcast is announced so far, in Japan or elsewhere. On that front, Jump Festa set the bar differently with its three stages streamed on YouTube; for BLEACH FES., if a stream gets added, it will come through a later announcement and we will update this article. One last practical note: there is no cloakroom for suitcases, and preschool children are not admitted.
While waiting for February, the outfit can get ready: our Bleach collection gathers the necklaces, rings and cosplay accessories of the series, including the Ichigo Hollow ring at 14.99 euros, rated 4.7 out of 5 by 22 customers.
