In short: Bountiful Banquet Week runs in Pokémon Sleep from Monday, November 16 at 4:00 a.m. to Monday, November 23 at 3:59 a.m., local time. On the menu: the debut of Cottonee and Whimsicott, three brand-new dishes, a new ingredient called the Snackable Nut, and a cooking pot that holds 30 more ingredients. Meal Prep Week, from November 9 to 16, is the warm-up.
What are the dates for Bountiful Banquet Week?
From Monday, November 16 at 4:00 a.m. to Monday, November 23 at 3:59 a.m., local time, in every research area. For the whole week, Snorlax answers "Anything's fine!" when asked what it wants to eat: curries, salads and desserts all count, with no need to wait for each category's dedicated week.
The event comes with its own set of limited missions, and it is preceded by a preparation week that earns its name: Meal Prep Week, from November 9 at 4:00 a.m. to November 16 at 3:59 a.m. That one makes the Pokémon that supply the future recipes' ingredients show up more often, Snoozy Tomato, pumpkin and Glossy Avocado suppliers first, and adds a 1.25 strength bonus to every cooked dish. The full calendar fits in three lines:
| Event | Dates | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Meal Prep Week Vol. 1 | November 9, 4 a.m. to November 16, 3:59 a.m. | Ingredient suppliers boosted, dishes at 1.25 strength, Mini Candy Boost active |
| Bountiful Banquet Week Vol. 1 | November 16, 4 a.m. to November 23, 3:59 a.m. | Three new dishes, Snackable Nuts, bigger cooking pot, Snorlax eats anything |
| Cottonee and Whimsicott debut | November 16, around 4 p.m. | Appear in five research areas, Cyan Beach first |

Dwebble, Pumpkaboo and Shinx on the Meal Prep Week artwork: from November 9 to 16, ingredient suppliers come out more often.
One detail that matters if you join late: the bonuses apply to sleep sessions measured during the event. The night you slept is what counts, not the moment you open the morning report.
How do you get Cottonee and Whimsicott in Pokémon Sleep?
Cottonee and Whimsicott enter the app on November 16 during the day, around 4 p.m., twelve hours after the event begins. They appear in five areas: Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, Amber Canyon, plus the expert versions of Greengrass and Cyan Beach. Cyan Beach is where the encounter odds are highest.

Cottonee and the giant cotton ball it evolves into: both join the sleep research at the same time.
The two cotton balls are listed as Fairy types in the app, with a sleep style in the Snoozing family, the middle one between Dozing and Slumbering. Their incenses work from the moment they arrive, handy if Cyan Beach refuses to cooperate. All week long their spawns are boosted, and the event allows encounters with Pokémon outside the sleep type you logged that night: a Slumbering sleeper can meet a Snoozing Pokémon, which never happens in normal play. After November 23 at 3:59 a.m., business as usual.
What is the Snackable Nut, the new ingredient, for?
The Snackable Nut joins the ingredient list on November 16 at 4 a.m., together with three brand-new dishes, one per category: a curry or stew, a salad, and a dessert or drink. Their names have not been announced yet, but the event artwork teases a nut flatbread, a plate of wraps and a pink cream roll topped with a sugar Slowpoke.

In the style of the Fancy Apple Curry already in the game: every recipe asks for its exact ingredients, and the pot fills up fast.
During the week, the numbers are clear. Dishes that call for Snackable Nuts get their strength multiplied by 1.5, and nuts added beyond the required amount enjoy the same multiplier. The cooking pot gains 30 ingredients of capacity. Ingredient-specialty helper Pokémon bring back one extra ingredient and one Snackable Nut with every haul, and carry 10 more berries and ingredients. On the preparation side, French fansite PokéBip also reports a new Sleep Style Dex goal of 570 styles, which unlocks a permanent pot upgrade. If you want the three new dishes on night one, stock up during Meal Prep Week: that is exactly what it is for.
Which Snorlax plush gets you sleeping like in the game?
Snorlax is the heart of Pokémon Sleep: it is the one you feed, its strength measures your progress, and it is the reason so many players want the same ball of sleep at home. Our Pokémon best-seller happens to be the 35 cm smiling Snorlax plush, at 24.99 euros, rated 4.9 out of 5 by 80 customers. Mary, a customer from the United States, sums up the effect: "My grandma loves it!! She didn't know it was a pokemon. 100% recommended."
For a pocket format, the Snorlax plush keychain at 12.99 euros holds a 5 out of 5 across 49 reviews, the best score of the shelf. And if you prefer a quieter sleeper, the sleeping Cubone plush at 35.99 euros, curled up in its basket, is rated 4.9 out of 5. The rest of the family, Mimikyu, Mew or Eevee, lives in the plush collection.
Beanie, slippers, onesie: how good is the rest of the Snorlax shelf?
The Snorlax shelf covers pretty much everything you can wear to sleep or lounge around in, and November is its month: evenings get shorter, Pokémon Sleep sessions get longer. Here are the six pieces, with prices and ratings read off the product pages on November 5:
| Item | Price | Reviews | The point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Smiling Snorlax plush, 35 cm | 24.99 euros | 4.9/5 from 80 | The cuddly format, sits upright on a bed |
| Snorlax plush keychain | 12.99 euros | 5/5 from 49 | The same smile, clipped to a bag |
| Snorlax slippers | 29.99 euros | 4.7/5 from 28 | Thick sole, made for winter mornings |
| Snorlax AirPods case | 19.99 euros | 4.7/5 from 23 | For the earbuds that play the lullaby |

| Snorlax onesie | 49.99 euros | 4.7/5 from 16 | The full night costume, hood included |
Two pieces of seller's advice before you order. The onesies run on Asian sizing, one notch smaller than European sizes: pick one size above your usual, the measurement chart sits on every product page. And allow 7 to 21 days for tracked delivery depending on destination; returns are accepted within 14 days. To compare the Snorlax onesie with the five other models, Charizard, Gengar, Umbreon, Squirtle and Piplup, we already did the full tour in our Pokémon onesie guide.
New to Pokémon Sleep? The weekend is going to be busy
If the event makes you want to try the app, the idea fits in one sentence: you leave your phone by the pillow, the app measures your night, and in the morning you feed a Snorlax with whatever the Pokémon brought back while you slept.

The morning report: sleep score, duration, and the split between the three sleep types. Cottonee, for the record, is a Snoozing type.

The calendar lands well, or badly, depending on your sleep reserve: the weekend right before, November 14 and 15, Pokémon GO holds its worldwide Wild Area event, and we break down the hour-by-hour schedule here. Two days of walking to catch Dynamax Pokémon, then a week of sleeping well to feed a Snorlax: the two apps complement each other better than people say. And for gear on both fronts, the shop's Pokémon section is up to date.
